OBTAINING A VERBAL NOTE PERTAINING A PERSON’S NOTICE OF SEARCH
  • To be a Cameroonian abroad / parent in Cameroon;
  • be related to the person sought.
  • Request addressed to MINREX
  • document attesting the family relationship with the person concerned (national identity card, birth certificate, etc.).

OBTAINING A TRANSCRIPTION NOTE FROM A CIVIL STATUS ACT
  • To be a Cameroonian residing abroad;
  • have declared abroad an event related to the Civil Status, including: birth, marriage, death, corrigendum, etc.
  • stamped application at the current tariff addressed to MINREX;
  • original of the extract of the deed issued by a municipality of the country of residence;
  • document attesting the family relationship with the person concerned (national identity card, birth certificate, etc.).

OBTAINING A LETTER OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT IN CASE OF INDIGENCE
  • To be a Cameroonian residing abroad;
  • To be in a situation of indigence.
  • Request addressed to MINREX;
  • Motivation file of the application.

OBTAINING A LETTER OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR A CAMEROONIAN NON-SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT
  • To be a Cameroonian residing abroad;
  • Be sick
  • Request addressed to MINREX;
  • Medical file of the patient
  • Prepaid airline ticket for the patient.

  •  Thirty (30) days.
OBTAINING A REPATRIATION AUTHORIZATION FROM A SICK CAMEROONIAN RESIDING ABROAD
  • To be a non-resident Cameroonian student residing abroad;
  • To be in a delicate situation.
  • Request addressed to MINREX;
  • Detailed file of motivation of the request;
  • certificate of non-receipt of scholarship.

  •  Thirty (30) days.
OBTAINING A NOTE FOR JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE TO A CAMEROONIAN RESIDING ABROAD
  • To be a Cameroonian residing abroad;
  • To be in court
  • Request addressed to MINREX
  • Document proving the link with the person concerned (national identity card, birth certificate, etc.)
  • Documents specifying the nature of the offense or offense.

The Minister.

  •  Thirty (30) days.
OBTAINING A NOTE FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT ESTABLISHED ABROAD BY A CAMEROONIAN RETURNING TO THE COUNTRY
  • To be a Cameroonian
  • Have an official document drawn up abroad;
  • Have not removed or misplaced the relevant document.
  • Request addressed to MINREX
  • Copy of birth certificate ;
  • Certificate of loss less than three (03) months old.

OBTAINING A NOTE FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR SANITARY EVACUATION OF A CAMEROONIAN ABROAD
  • Be a civilian civilian of the State or be a legitimate child of a civilian staff of the State or be a spouse of a civilian staff of the State;
  • Be sick 
  • Have a correct medical record
  • Stamped application at the current tariff sent to MINREX;
  • medical file comprising:
  • a medical report co-signed by three expert doctors;
  • a letter of request for medical evacuation signed by the Director of the plaintiff formation;
  • an estimate of the care of the receiving hospital;
  • a pro forma invoice for transportation;
  • a certified copy of the birth certificate for the legitimate child (if applicable), or the spouse’s marriage certificate (if applicable);
  • valid passport;
  • a recent balance sheet.

  • To be a refugee in Cameroon;
  • Have a refugee certificate

  • refugee certificate from the Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees;
  • valid passport;
  • international vaccination certificates, if applicable

  • To be a refugee in Cameroon
  • Have a refugee certificate

  • refugee certificate from the Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees;
  • valid passport;
  • title of trip ;
  • identity photos in 4 X 4 format;
  • birth certificate or identity document;
  • international vaccination certificates.

  • pre – registration file including: certified photocopies of diplomas, diplomas translated, where applicable, copy of birth certificate

OBTAINING A NOTE FOR THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF REPATRIATION OF THE MORTUARY REMAINS OF A CAMEROONIAN RESIDING ABROAD / NON-STUDENT STUDENT
  • justify the relationship with the deceased (parent, friend, acquaintance, civil or administrative authority, etc.);
  • to know a poor Cameroonian / non-scholarship student who died abroad.
  • Request addressed to MINREX;
  • letter or message justifying the death;
  • Pro-forma invoice for death and repatriation costs.

THE REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES OF THE DIPLOMATIC BODY AND ASSIMILES
The registration of vehicles of the diplomatic corps and similar is done in the series “CMD” , “CD” , “PA” , “CPC” , “CC” and “IT”.
The CMD series is used for the official vehicle of the Diplomatic Head of Mission.
The CD series is used for service vehicles in Embassies and those assigned to staff of diplomatic rank.
The PA series is used for vehicles assigned to administrative staff serving in Embassies.
The CPC series for the company vehicle of the Chief of Consular Post.
The CC registration is used for service vehicles in Consulates and those assigned to consular agents.
IT registration is used for temporary registration.
The said license plates, with the exception of those of the PA and IT series, are in a green background.
The license plates of the PA series are in blue background.
The plates in series IT are in orange background like those of the normal national series.
